All orders are delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout. To maximize efficiency, items may be dispatched from different fulfillment centers; in this event, shipping costs will be applied only once.
Once your supply has been processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. From that moment, delivery logistics are handled exclusively by our partner carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), providing you with real-time updates.
Delivery dates are indicative and not binding. Once the carrier has taken charge of the shipment, estimated transit times are:
Standard Shipping (Contiguous US): 3 – 5 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days.
Please note: Delays may occur due to force majeure or seasonal carrier volume.
Shipping for every order is a flat fee of $4.90.
VYZEN ensures maximum care in our specialized packaging. Upon receipt, you are required to inspect the condition of the products:
If the package shows signs of tampering or damage, please refuse the delivery or accept it "with reserve."
Report any anomalies immediately via the CONTACT US form on our website so our team can initiate a priority resolution.
Partial Shipments: Partial deliveries are permitted within the confirmed delivery timeframe.
Quantity Discrepancies: In the event of a quantity shortage, the sole remedy provided is a non-charge (or refund) for the missing items. VYZEN is not liable for further damages or contract termination.
